SUBMIND – Subscription Management Concept

Users struggled to track real subscription usage and often paid for services they didn’t need.


After redesigning SUBMIND with usage-based insights, a clearer Pause/Cancel flow, and a dedicated Insights page, user clarity jumped from 25% to 100%, helping users save approx. $50–$120 and enabling an estimated 24% retention boost from users who chose Pause instead of Cancel.

Young adults felt overwhelmed by career choices and needed clearer guidance.


Time Mirror, a responsive app that lets users chat with their future selves, addressed this through AI-powered future self conversations, raising user satisfaction from 7.0 to 8.0 and improving task success to over 70% through a streamlined onboarding experience.

BrightPath – AI-Driven School Comparison Platform | Primary Ux Designer ( Project-level ownership )

• Increased comparison-page conversion by 70% by resolving a usability issue that caused 40% user

drop-off and clarifying the primary CTA with an “Added Schools” state.

• Led end-to-end UX for an AI-powered B2C platform, helping parents discover and compare schools

efficiently.

• Designed user flows and onboarding journeys to reduce friction and improve task completion,

along with conversational AI chatbot experiences using Figma and FigJam.

Strengthened product decisions through Maze usability testing by setting up task based evaluations, analyzing heatmaps, and applying user insights to optimize onboarding, filters, and comparison flows across sprints.
